Abstract: Skill Flow, an intelligent training System is a learning platform, backed by Artificial Intelligence, that can guide the way and prepare for technical training personalized according to the level of understanding by the learner, learning progression as well as the career target of a user. After a successful sign-in process secured by user registration, learners may choose their favourite technical field such as Python, Java, Data Science, Web Development, or Aptitude. An initial assessment by the system reveals a learner's already existing skills whereas an AI-driven system identifies the areas that need improvement after analysing the test results based on Machine Learning. Based on the assessment the system produces a tailored learning plan including a mixture of daily tasks, such as video classes, reading materials, quizzes, coding exercises, and real-life assignments. Through monitoring learners’ performance on a regular basis, the system changes the learning plan to reflect their progress, thereby making weaker topics for more practices and stronger users for more interesting topics. Users are kept up to date with learning activities and assessments through smart notifications. The software features a tracking dashboard that displays progress and user scores. Besides that, it is a system of cloud technology that makes storing of data more efficient and the user's information safe by data encryption methods and the authentication protocols. By integrating AI, ML, personalized learning modules, recommendation systems as tools for performance evaluation and cloud resources Skill Flow becomes a highly responsive, intelligent, and user- centric platform for the development of technical talents.
