The system comprises an enterprise data acquisition module (110), an SME segmentation engine (120) that classifies the enterprise by size category and growth stage, an innovation control cockpit (130) that tracks innovation across service, process, organizational, and marketing dimensions, a sustainability assessment module (140) computing economic, social, and environmental sustainability scores, a moderation analysis engine (150) that computes interaction coefficients between innovation dimensions and sustainability scores conditioned on firm size and growth stage to identify tension-producing innovation dimensions, an intervention template generator (160) that conditionally selects prioritized intervention protocols, and a dashboard interface (170). The system detects size-dependent innovation-sustainability tensions invisible in aggregate analysis and generates adaptive intervention recommendations.
