Abstract: The present invention relates to a single integrated garment that combines outer performance leggings with inner functional underwear/undergarment, engineered as one composite system. The single integrated garment comprises an outer performance legging which a close-fitting integrated legging formed of an elastic material to adhere closely to the wearer’s body. Further, the inner functional underwear is stitched to the outer performance leggings in such a manner that it avoids visible panty lines (VPL) and VPL is eliminated and also stitching at critical edges are reduced. The single integrated garment further comprises an absorbent patch positioned at the central portion of the inner functional underwear, formed of a material different from that of the undergarment. The inner functional underwear is built into the leggings in such a manner that it cannot worn separately. FIG. 1
