The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a single domain antibody specifically binding to SOX2 via E3 ubiquitin ligase or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a fusion protein for enhancing proteolysis using same, and a use thereof. The fusion protein comprising the anti- SOX2 single domain antibody and the E3 ubiquitin ligase fragment of the present invention specifically binds to SOX2 to degrade SOX2. SOX2 degradation by the fusion protein promotes growth inhibition and apoptosis of cancer cell lines. In addition, when used in combination with an anticancer agent, the fusion protein inhibited the growth of cancer cells that exhibit drug resistance. The fusion protein inhibits tumor growth in a tumor mouse model. Therefore, the fusion protein of the present invention can be advantageously used for preventing or treating cancer.
