Abstract: An electrical stimulation device is described. The device includes a single component backbone substructure forming a first pad region, a second pad region and an arm connecting the first pad to the second pad, where the backbone substructure is a curved plane and having a first surface and a second surface. An electrical contact is positioned on the first surface of the first pad region, and the electrical contact is electrically connected to an electric pulse generator. The device also includes an adhesive contact positioned on the first surface of the second pad region. At least the arm of the backbone substructure is bendable and/or deformable.
