The tongue cover (102) is configured to cover dorsal and lateral surfaces of a tongue during intraoral dental and oral surgical procedures. The retractor (108) is attached to the tongue cover (102) and is configured to retract the tongue away from an oral operative field. The suction tip slot (104) and the suction slot (110) are configured to receive and stabilize the suction tip (106). The suction tip (106) evacuates saliva, blood, irrigation fluid, and other oral fluids. The device (100) provides an integrated solution for tongue protection, tongue retraction, and suctioning.
