Abstract: A shoulder bolt manufacturing device, comprising a rectangular base 101 having four telescopic rods 102 with omnidirectional wheels 103 underneath, a heating element 105 incorporated within a chamber 104 for melting material to cast bolts, a die 106 positioned underneath chamber 104 for receiving material into die 106 through a nozzle, a plurality of conduits 107 for cooling of cast bolt, a telescopic gripper 108 provided on base 101 via a primary ball and socket joint 109 to fetch cast bolt from die 106, an L-shaped telescopic link 110 installed on base 101 through a secondary ball and socket joint 111, a motorized grinding wheel 112 for grinding excess material, an L-shaped telescopic bar 113 mounted on base 101 through a tertiary ball and socket joint 114, a motorized cylindrical member 115 having internal threads for tapping threads onto bolt and an imaging unit 116 to determine position of bolt.
