Abstract: A shoe covering device comprises of a waterproof pliable outer shell 101 for enclosing around shoe, zipper 102 is provided along height of shell 101 for mounting or removing shell 101 from shoe, pneumatic pins 103 disposed along bottom surface of shell 101 to provide traction during walking, rollers 104 installed within the shell 101 having elastic strap woven along surfaces of the shell 101, ultrasonic sensor embedded in shell 101 detects dimensions of shoes, annular air cushion 105 installed at opening of shell 101 connected with inflation unit for creating seal around leg of user to create watertight seal, iris holes 106 installed along surfaces of shell 101 enable air ventilation across shoe, moisture sensor installed in shell 101 detects moisture level in shell 101, temperature sensor embedded on shell 101 detects ambient temperature to trigger microcontroller to actuate heating element lined within shell 101 to provide heat.
