Abstract: A shock absorbing device for dockyards comprises of a vertical platform 101 having plurality of suction units 102 configured with a plate 103 for absorbing shock during docking of watercrafts on dockyards, plurality of inflatable bags 105 arranged with the platform 101 and paired with an inflating unit installed with the platform 101 to float on the waterbody, a motorized propeller 106 installed with the platform 101 to spin and provide thrust to the platform 101 and move the platform 101 on surface of waterbody in order to position the platform 101 at desired location, a weather detection module integrated in the microcontroller to detect weather condition in surrounding of dockyard.
