The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: [0048] An apparatus determines solid oral dosage-form release performance. It comprises a thermostatted interrogation cell with flush-mounted thermal sensing elements in a registered dosage-form seat, measuring wall shear rate. A magnetically coupled impeller servo regulates agitation to hold this measured shear rate at a reference value. Release trajectory is acquired by multiple channels, and a fitted rate constant is normalized to the reference shear rate. A hardware comparator assesses the normalized rate constant against an acceptance band. Non-conforming lots are physically detained by a fail-closed solenoid diverter, thermal marking head, and write-once ledger. A coning index comparator detects settled-bed formation [FIG. 4]. In-cell recovery establishes the hundred per cent value [FIG. 5].
