Abstract: The present invention discloses an anatomically guided dental isolation sheet comprising a medical-grade silicone rubber dam provided with predefined tooth-position markings corresponding to anterior and posterior dentition. The isolation sheet further incorporates integrated retentive elements positioned adjacent to the tooth perforation sites to enhance adaptation and reduce slippage around isolated teeth. The retentive elements comprise localized semi-rigid reinforcement structures positioned 2mm below the gingival/cervical region on buccal and lingual aspects of the perforation zones, thereby improving retention without requiring excessive clamp pressure. The isolation sheet additionally includes an integrated suction accommodation slot configured to receive a saliva ejector or suction tip, allowing hands- free evacuation during dental procedures. Separate embodiments are provided for anterior and posterior dental applications. The invention improves isolation efficiency, procedural ergonomics, patient comfort, and moisture control.
