Abstract: ABSTRACT The invention is a chair-side diagnostic kit for rapid, non-invasive, semi-quantitative detection of Vitamin D levels using saliva. The kit includes a saliva collection container, a chemically treated colorimetric paper strip, and a color reference scale. Upon dipping the strip into saliva, the reagents undergo a specific chromogenic reaction with Vitamin D associated biomarkers, generating graded color transitions corresponding to deficient, insufficient, normal, and sufficient Vitamin D levels. The device enables instant, low-cost Vitamin D screening without laboratory infrastructure
