Abstract: The present invention relates to the seven-layer plantar patch configured to reduce localized plantar pressure during walking. the structural configuration of the therapeutic foot patch is illustrated through a top view and sectional view. The patch is designed to be positioned along the plantar surface of the foot extending from the heel region to the forefoot region. The overall geometry of the patch follows the anatomical contour of the plantar surface in order to provide stable support and efficient pressure redistribution during gait. the patch includes a multilayer architecture comprising a breathable outer protective film, a piezoelectric sensing layer, a shear reduction layer, a structural cushioning layer, an encapsulation layer, a therapeutic hydrogel layer, and a skin-contact adhesive layer configured for attachment to the plantar skin surface. The layers are strategically positioned at predefined high-pressure plantar regions including the heel and metatarsal head regions.
