Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a seismic analysis and design system (100) for confined masonry and reinforced cement concrete (RCC) framed structures incorporating base isolation. The system (100) comprises an input module (102) configured to receive structural, material, geometric, seismic loading, and base isolation parameters; a modelling module (104) configured to generate an analytical structural model; a seismic analysis module (106) configured to perform seismic analysis; and a base isolation module (108) configured to incorporate and evaluate a base isolation arrangement. A response evaluation module (110) determines seismic response parameters including displacement, inter-storey drift, base shear, acceleration, natural period, and energy dissipation. A comparative analysis module (112) compares isolated and non-isolated structural configurations. An output module (114) generates seismic performance assessments and design recommendations, while a user interface (116) facilitates input and presentation of analysis results.
