Abstract: In many indoor environments such as hospitals, offices, hotels, and educational institutions, the transportation of items like documents, medicines, and small packages is still performed manually, which requires time and human effort. To address this, the Servy — Autonomous Indoor Delivery Robot is designed to automate indoor delivery tasks efficiently without continuous human assistance. The system uses a Raspberry Pi 4 as the main controller and an ESP32 for communication, along with DC encoder motors driven by an L298N motor driver for movement, and an RP Lidar Al sensor for navigation. The robot follows predefined paths and carries items using a delivery compartment, ensuring smooth operation and reliable performance. The power supply is provided using a battery pack and power bank for continuous operation. Experimental results show that the robot performs with good navigation accuracy, stable communication, and efficient delivery, reducing manual workload and improving productivity. Overall, the proposed system provides a cost-effective and practical solution for indoor automation and smart delivery applications.
