Abstract: The present invention relates to a servo-controlled inclined feed drilling machine for producing controlled holes at selected angular orientations. The machine comprises a base, work table, drilling head, spindle, drill tool, inclined support arrangement, servo motor, feed transmission mechanism, position sensor and controller. The drilling head is positioned at a selected inclination relative to the workpiece, and the servo motor drives the feed transmission mechanism to advance the drilling tool along the inclined axis. The controller regulates feed position and feed rate based on programmed drilling parameters and feedback from an encoder or position sensor. The machine thereby provides repeatable inclined feed movement, reduced manual intervention and improved control during angular drilling operations. The system can be configured for different inclination angles, feed rates and drilling depths and can be integrated with programmable or CNC-based control systems for automated manufacturing applications.
