Abstract: ABSTRACT: A multisensory anxiety-reduction device termed "SereniShadeTM" is disclosed. The device integrates Bluetooth-enabled sunglasses containing miniature speakers with a customized nasal hood fabricated from biocompatible 3D-printed PETG material. The sunglasses provide visual shielding and auditory distraction through music playback, while the nasal hood incorporates ventilation openings and internal slots for aromatic strips that deliver controlled aromatherapy. This dual- modality approach provides sensory distraction through music and olfactory stimulation, thereby improving patient compliance and reducing dental anxiety in pediatric populations. The device is lightweight, reusable, customizable, and compatible with routine dental procedures.
