Abstract: A sequential dose-isolated fluoride varnish delivery cartridge (100) is disclosed for administration of predetermined fluoride-varnish doses. The cartridge (100) comprises a cartridge housing (110) accommodating independently isolated dose chambers (112), including a first dose chamber (114), a second dose chamber (116), and subsequent dose chambers (118). An actuator (102), actuator member (104), completion cam (106), and indexing member (108) cooperate to dispense a dose and permit chamber transition only upon completion of a predefined dispensing stroke. A metering diaphragm (120), upstream isolation seal (124), downstream isolation seal (126), and dispensing pathway (128) facilitate delivery and isolation. Upon completion, the spent chamber is isolated while a subsequent chamber is activated. A one-way valve (130), applicator connector (132), applicator tip (134), spent-dose indicator (136), and exhaustion indicator (144) provide dispensing and indication. Figure 1 is the reference.
