Abstract: Abstract of Invention SepraFlow is a self-contained dental separating medium applicator comprising a flexible, compressible reservoir, a threaded neck assembly, a detachable brush head, and a protective sealing cap. The reservoir is formed from a transparent elastomeric material and is configured to store separating medium in an airtight environment. Manual compression of the reservoir generates controlled internal pressure, enabling regulated flow of the separating medium through an internal passageway into the brush assembly for direct and uniform application onto dental casts. The threaded neck assembly provides a secure mechanical interface between the reservoir and the brush housing, ensuring leak-resistant attachment and allowing brush replacement when required. The transparent reservoir enables real-time visual monitoring of the remaining separating medium. The integrated configuration eliminates the conventional dipping method and reduces contamination, material wastage, and workflow inefficiencies associated with separate containers and brushes.
