The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a sensor-fused wearable and edge surveillance system for emergency threat detection. The system comprises a wearable safety band (402) worn by user (401), an edge surveillance unit (404), mobile gateway (403), safety server (405), and emergency contacts or institutional authorities (406). The wearable safety band (402) includes an inertial measurement unit (301), physiological sensor (302), microcontroller (303), wireless communication module (304), battery unit (305), and manual panic button (306). The edge surveillance unit (404) includes an edge camera (101), edge processor unit (105), and pre-event buffer memory (106) for detecting gesture, voice, and visual triggers. Upon detection of a physical trigger (204), secure WebSocket streaming (205) transmits event data to the safety server (405). A fusion engine (507) correlates inertial, physiological, panic, audio, camera, and location data to generate a threat score (508). If the threshold (509) is exceeded, alerts are dispatched through modules. (Accompanied Figure No. 1-5)
