Abstract: SENSOR-BASED CONTROLLED FLUID FLOW SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC CLEANING OF EFFLUENT DISCHARGE PIPELINES The current invention comprises a wastewater pipeline (1), flow sensor (2), ultrasonic sensor (3), microcontrollers (4), actuators (5), pumps (6), solenoid valve (7), retractable spray nozzle (8), sensor-fusion strategy (9), and closed-loop cleaning (10). The sequence and layout are designed and fabricated to execute the cleaning process without human intervention and attention. In addition, the mechanism and components' operating principles are completely interdependent, and the electronic signal drives the process. Moreover, the innovation lies in the integration of real-time pipeline-condition sensing with a retractable, automatically positioned liquid-injection mechanism and feedback-controlled cleaning operation before returning to standby mode.
