Abstract: The present application provides a sensing method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: a control device receives a sensing request from a requesting device, the sensing request comprising information for indicating a sensing object; the control device determines first beam information on the basis of said information, the first beam information being used for indicating a beam used for executing sensing for the sensing object; and the control device sends first sensing control information to a first sensing device, the first sensing control information comprising the first beam information, and the first sensing device being used for executing sensing for the sensing object. By means of the technical solution provided in the present application, the sensing resource utilization rate can be improved, and diversified sensing precision requirements are satisfied.
