Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the technical field of mobile communications, and provide a sensing measurement method, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The sensing measurement method is applied to a sensing by proxy (SBP) initiator. The method comprises: determining and sending an SBP request frame, wherein the SBP request frame comprises first identification information, and the first identification information indicates the SBP initiator does not participate in a target sensing measurement process requested to be set up according to the SBP request frame; and receiving a polling frame, the polling frame identifying that the SBP initiator receives an SBP report frame, and the SBP report frame comprising a sensing measurement report of the target sensing measurement process. The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for perfecting an SBP mechanism.
