Abstract: ABSTRACT WEARABLE PERSONAL SAFETY SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROACTIVE DETECTION AND RESPONSE TO EMERGENCY CONDITION Disclosed are wearable personal safety system (100) and method (200) for proactive detection and response to emergency conditions. The system (100) comprises a wearable device (102) including a plurality of sensing units (104), a positioning unit (106), and a communication unit (108), a user device (110), an alert generation unit (112), a memory (114), and a processing circuitry (116). The processing circuitry (116) acquires physiological, biochemical, motion, audio, environmental, contextual, and location data to generate individualized baseline profiles and a unified sensor dataset. The processing circuitry (116) extracts multimodal features, generates state vectors, identifies abnormalities, and determines risk indicators through multimodal sensor fusion. Further, the processing circuitry (116) generates probabilistic condition scores, confidence-weighted assessments, a composite user-condition score, an emergency severity score, and a confidence score to predict future emergencies, classify user conditions, automatically detect emergency conditions, generate emergency rationales, and initiate emergency response protocols by issuing alerts. Figure 1 will be the reference.
