Abstract: An self-propelling rescuing device for water body, comprising circular tray shaped body 101 floating over water body by means of plurality of inflatable bags 109, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 102 synced with proximity sensor for capturing to determine presence and distance of a drowning user, plurality of motorized propellers 103 provide propulsion to body 101 over surface to reach up-to user, two robotic arms 104 uplifts user from water body via a curved clamp 105 and place over body, a tilt sensor and gyro sensor monitor tilt angle and angular movement of user and body 101 plurality of motorized hinge joints 106 provide coordinated movement to a fin 107 configured with each of hinge joint to regulate movement of body over surface, a GPS (Global Positioning System) module determines real time location and sends to a computing unit accessed by concerned authority to inform user regarding detected location.
