Abstract: The rapid expansion of low-power Internet of Things (loT) devices in healthcare, fitness, and environmental monitoring has created a growing demand for sustainable and maintenance-free power sources. Conventional batteries pose limitations due to their finite lifespan, frequent replacement needs, and environmental impact. This paper presents a self-powered wearable energy system that harnesses ambient energy from the human body and surroundings to power lowenergy IoT devices. The proposed system integrates multiple energy harvesting techniques, including piezoelectric generation from body motion, thermoelectric conversion from body heat, and flexible photovoltaic cells for ambient light capture. These energy sources are combined through an efficient power management unit that regulates, stores, and distributes energy using supercapacitors or micro-batteries. The system is designed using flexible, lightweight materials to ensure comfort, durability, and seamless integration into wearable platforms such as smart clothing or wristbands
