Abstract: Abstract Self-Powered Multi-Sensor Roadside Violation Detection and Adaptive Signage System The present invention discloses a self-powered multi-sensor roadside violation detection and adaptive signage system for monitoring restricted roadside zones. The system comprises a solar-powered signage unit, microcontroller, vehicle presence sensor, human motion sensor, distance sensing unit, visual indicators, and wireless communication interface. The microcontroller correlates vehicle presence data, human motion data, filtered distance data, and dwell-time information to determine whether a detected vehicle or object constitutes a confirmed violation. A violation alert is generated only when the detected presence persists beyond a dwell-time threshold and satisfies a predefined proximity condition, thereby reducing false alerts caused by pedestrians, passing vehicles, temporary obstructions, or sensor fluctuations. The system provides green and red visual indications and transmits validated event information to a remote monitoring interface. The invention enables low-cost, autonomous, roadside safety monitoring for no-parking zones, industrial gates, and restricted premises.
