MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202631110401 A) filed by Ms Gravity World; and Nabam Taging on September 15, 2026, for Self-Powered Hydraulic Ram Pump Systems And Methods.

Inventor includes Nabam Taging.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: A self-powered hydraulic ram pump system (100) lifts water to an elevated destination using gravity from a water source. A drive pipe (102) channels water downhill to a pump body (104) to generate an accelerated water flow. A waste valve (106) cyclically opens to discharge part of the flow and closes under hydraulic drag, producing a water hammer pressure surge. A one-way delivery valve (108) opens in response to the surge to admit pressurized water into an air chamber (110), where trapped air is compressed to smooth pulsed flow before water is conveyed uphill through a delivery pipe (112). This hydraulic sequencing converts intermittent pressure surges into regulated uphill delivery, enabling water transport where powered infrastructure is unavailable. The system operates without electricity, solar power, or an external mechanical drive.
