Abstract: ABSTRACT SELF-PACED ACADEMIC PROGRESS TRACKING SYSTEM WITH GAMIFIED ENGAGEMENT FOR STUDENTS AND TEACHERS The present invention discloses a self-paced academic progress tracking system (100) implemented as a mobile application for school environments. The system (100) comprises a user authentication and role selection module (110) with QR-code-based classroom enrollment, a student dashboard module (120) providing a private progress overview, a subject progress tracking module (130) for chapter-wise syllabus tracking, a study planner module (140) with daily plans, a practice and assessment module (150) with a quiz engine, a gamification module (160) with streaks and opt-in leaderboards, a teacher dashboard module (170) with class management and intervention analytics, and a backend server and database (180). The system is characterized in that it replaces toxic peer comparison with a privacy-preserving architecture wherein each student views only their own progress data while teachers receive intervention flags generated by an analytics engine (184) when student progress falls below defined thresholds.
