Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a self-knee mobilizer comprising a support platform having an upper foot-receiving surface and a lower rolling side, a plurality of wheel members coupled to the lower rolling side, a foot-retaining strap secured to the support platform, and a pair of adjustable rope members secured to opposite lateral sides of the support platform. The wheel members permit translational movement of the support platform over a support surface. The foot-retaining strap retains a foot on the support platform during movement. The adjustable rope members are pulled by a patient to move the support platform toward a seated position, thereby assisting knee flexion and extension. The bilateral rope arrangement distributes pulling force across both sides of the support platform, while the strap maintains foot placement during repeated rehabilitation movement.
