MUMBAI, India, Aug. 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641096436 A) filed by Mr. Syam Kumar Kunchapu on August 10, 2026, for Self-Healing Software Architecture Using Ai For Autonomous Fault Recovery.

Inventor includes Mr. Syam Kumar Kunchapu.

The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-enabled self-healing software architecture configured for autonomous fault detection, root-cause identification, impact prediction, recovery strategy selection, and service restoration. The architecture collects heterogeneous operational telemetry from software components and computing resources and processes the telemetry using an artificial intelligence based fault detection engine to identify anomalous operating conditions. A dependency-aware fault analysis engine determines probable root causes, while a failure impact prediction engine evaluates potential service degradation and cascading failures. An autonomous recovery decision engine selects and executes a context-sensitive recovery strategy based on fault characteristics, system state, resource availability, and historical recovery outcomes. A recovery verification engine evaluates post-recovery telemetry to determine recovery effectiveness. An adaptive learning module records recovery outcomes and updates recovery policies to improve subsequent autonomous recovery decisions, thereby reducing downtime, manual intervention, cascading failures, and operational disruption in distributed software environments.
