Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The increasing complexity of modern software deployment environments has led to a growing need for resilient and autonomous delivery systems capable of handling failures without human intervention. Traditional CI/CD pipelines lack built-in recovery mechanisms, often requiring manual diagnosis and remediation when deployment failures occur. This paper presents a Self- Healing CI/CD Pipeline, a GitOps-driven automation framework designed to detect, respond to, and recover from deployment failures in real time. The system integrates a multi-layered recovery engine combining continuous health monitoring, automated rollback mechanisms, pod restart orchestration, and drift correction through ArgoCD. It classifies deployment states into Healthy, Degraded, and Failed categories. Healthy deployments proceed without interruption, degraded states trigger automated corrective actions, and failed deployments initiate an immediate rollback to the last known stable revision. The pipeline is containerized using Docker and orchestrated on Minikube, with a live web application serving as the target workload to validate self-healing behavior under real deployment conditions. Experimental results demonstrate significant reduction in mean time to recovery with minimal disruption to service availability.applicat
