Abstract: Abstract Self-Evolving Predictive Slotting and Putaway Orchestration Engine using Future Shipment Probability Intelligence 5 A self-evolving predictive slotting and putaway orchestration system (100) and method are disclosed for a warehouse environment. A data ingestion layer (102) collects operational data from enterprise systems and sensors (10, 20). A future shipment probability intelligence engine (104) computes a future shipment probability score (316) for inventory units, and an artificial intelligence predictive analytics module (106) forecasts future movement, 10 congestion, and robotic traffic. A warehouse memory graph engine (108) maintains relational movement intelligence among SKUs, zones, and shipping lanes, while an adaptive slot evolution engine (110) proposes candidate storage locations. A digital twin simulation and validation module (111) simulates candidate placements within a virtual warehouse replica (404) and generates a predicted performance improvement value and confidence score, 15 which a putaway orchestration engine (112) uses to gate physical execution. A self-healing rollback controller (160) monitors post-execution performance and automatically reverts the warehouse topology upon detecting deviation beyond a tolerance, enabling continuous, validated, and resilient autonomous evolution of warehouse slotting topology without manual intervention or unvalidated disruptive churn. 20 [
