Abstract: A self-cleaning oil applicator for food items, comprising a cylindrical hollow body 101 installed with plurality of chambers 102 stored with different edible oils, first portion is equipped with a circular ring equipped with plurality of bristles 103 and second portion gripped by a user to applying oil on a food item, an electronic sprayer 105 for spraying user-defined type of oil on bristles 103, a speaker 106 for notifying user to apply oil on food item via bristles 103, an L-shaped telescopically operated rod 107 installed with body 101 via a first telescopically operated link 108 and attached with a water container 109 to retract for aligning container 109 underneath bristles 103, an L-shaped telescopically operated bar 111 installed with body 101 via a second link 112 and attached with a cuboidal frame 113 integrated with air blower 114 to blow air for drying bristles 103.
