The proximal region (105) has a proximal hole (102) on a top thereof. The distal region (106) extends downwardly from the proximal region (105). The neck portion (108) extends upwardly from the proximal region (105). The trunnion (107) has a taper portion for the assembly of the femoral stem (101) and a femoral head. The proximal hole (102) and the plurality of holes (103) are connected to the internal hollow cavity (301). The distal region (106) includes a circular slot (202) on where a disc (104) is assembled through a hole (201).
