Abstract: An orthodontic force delivery module intended to sustain efficient spring activation during orthodontic space closure is the subject of the current invention. A sliding piston assembly, an externally mounted closed-coil nickel-titanium spring serving as the main traction unit, an open-coil spring serving as a compensatory element, and a main cylindrical housing make up the device. To store mechanical energy and maintain the external spring's effective extension during tooth movement, the piston compresses the open-coil spring as it moves, which is attached to the cylinder. This arrangement facilitates continuous orthodontic force supply and lessens force degradation. The invention seeks to increase therapy effectiveness, decrease chairside reactivation, and improve biomechanical predictability.
