Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for preparing a selenium-enriched functional nutrition powder for thyroid-health support. The apparatus comprises ingredient hoppers for receiving plant-based ingredient materials comprising seed material, mushroom material, cereal material, pulse material, and amla material. A cleaning chamber with a perforated retaining basket separates foreign particles, and a drying chamber with ingredient-support trays reduces moisture content of cleaned materials. A roasting chamber thermally treats at least a portion of dried materials, and a grinder converts the materials into powdered ingredient material. A sieve assembly passes a uniform fine-powder fraction, dosing hoppers dispense measured quantities of the fine-powder fraction, and a blender mixes the measured quantities into a homogeneous selenium-enriched powder.
