Abstract: The present invention relates to a segmented electrical work piece-seating verification and localized chip-ejection fixture for precision CNC machining. The fixture comprises electrically isolated work piece-support pads [la-if], each functioning as an individual electrical contact sensor. An electrical measurement circuit [2] measures contact resistance or multi-frequency impedance between a conductive work piece and each pad to generate a seating-contact map. A controller [3] identifies abnormal seating by median-referenced comparison with stored baseline signatures. Separately controllable cleaning outlets [4a-4f] provide localized air pulses at identified contaminated pads. Optional micro-lift actuators [5a-5f1 locally lift the work piece by 0.1-0.5 mm to dislodge chips. A closed-loop verify-clean-reverify cycle permits machining through a CNC interface [8] only when all pads confirm acceptable contact. Multifrequency measurements classify contamination, while non- volatile memory [7] stores material-specific baselines and contamination logs, reducing downtime and preventing machining from compromised datum6
