MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621074177 A) filed by Yash Sanjay Kudale; and Namrata Sanjay Kudale on June 15, 2026, for Secure Trust-Anchor-Based System For Deterministic Resolution Of Heterogeneous Time-Source Temporal Attestations Under Adversarial Conditions.
Inventors include Yash Sanjay Kudale; and Namrata Sanjay Kudale.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SECURE TRUST-ANCHOR-BASED SYSTEM FOR DETERMINISTIC RESOLUTION OF HETEROGENEOUS TIME-SOURCE TEMPORAL ATTESTATIONS UNDER ADVERSARIAL CONDITIONS A system (100) and method (200) for generating a temporal attestation are disclosed. The system (100) comprises a secure trust anchor (110) providing a host-resistant execution environment and a processor configured to receive heterogeneous time-source attestations (112) from sources including a trusted timestamp authority (102a), network time protocol (102b), global navigation satellite system (102c), and telecommunications network (102d). The processor determines an integrity state (114) for each attestation based on temporal consistency, deviation, and reliability parameters, and detects contradictions (116) including drift and rollback inconsistencies. A deterministic resolution module (118) excludes or de-prioritizes unreliable attestations to derive a resolved temporal attestation state (120). A rollback-resistant mechanism (122), including a secure monotonic counter, prevents temporal manipulation. The resolved temporal attestation state is tamper-resistant and machine-verifiable, and may be included in a signed attestation object (132) with accepted source indicators (130). FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
