Abstract: ABSTRACT SECURE SMART HEALTHCARE SYSTEM USING FEDERATED LEARNING AND LIGHTWEIGHT BLOCKCHAIN FOR CYBER THREAT DETECTION The present invention discloses a secure smart healthcare system (100) for privacy-preserving cyber threat detection in IoT based healthcare environments. The system (100) comprises IoT based healthcare devices (110) deployed across distributed healthcare nodes; a federated learning module (120) enabling collaborative model training without sharing raw patient data using Federated Averaging aggregation; a lightweight blockchain layer (130) with an AI-driven Proof-of-Authority consensus mechanism (132) for tamper-proof transaction validation; a Transformer-based anomaly detection model (140) for real-time detection of cyber threats including DDoS, DoS, Brute Force, Malware, MITM, and Reconnaissance attacks using self-attention mechanisms; and a Zero-Knowledge Proof authentication module (150) for secure verification without information disclosure. The system achieves 98.72 percent accuracy in cyber threat detection while preserving data privacy across distributed healthcare institutions. [
