Abstract: Present invention relates to a computer-implemented, Secure Multi-Source Financial Data Integration Framework with Adaptive Trust Evaluation. The present system is used for securely processing financial information gained from heterogeneous financial data sources. The framework includes: Data Acquisition module for collecting financial data, Data Validation module for authenticating and normalizing the data, Adaptive Trust Evaluation module for dynamically rating financial sources, Secure Data Integration module for merging normalized financial data into a unified data set. The data is then used by an Intelligent Decision Analytics Engine for analysis of financial risk, financial anomalies detection, financial cash-flow analysis, financial budgeting analysis and financial decision analysis. There is an Audit and Compliance module to record processing history of the data for better traceability and compliance. The framework improves security, reliability and accuracy of financial data integration and provide trustworthy and real-time financial decision support for heterogeneous financial sources. In one embodiment, the Adaptive Trust Evaluation module works based on a Federated Trust Learning technique where financial organizations collaborate to learn a global trust evaluation model, exchanging model parameters only, not the financial data.
