The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: This invention introduces a novel hybrid steganography framework that integrates nested multi-media embedding with advanced fusion techniques to achieve ultra-secure data hiding. Unlike traditional systems that rely on a single channel or basic encryption, the proposed method operates on two levels: (1) cross-media nested steganography that embeds data sequentially across images, audio, and video, and (2) optimized intra-media fusion using spatial, frequency-domain, and AI-driven embedding methods. A machine- learning controller dynamically adjusts nesting sequences and fusion ratios, resulting in dual-layer obfuscation and significantly improved resilience to steganalysis. Key innovations include a hierarchical routing algorithm for strategic cross-media embedding, an adaptive fusion engine combining LSB, DCT/DWT, and neural-network-based techniques, and a self-adjusting security protocol resistant to both single-medium and multi-domain attacks. Experimental evaluations demonstrate up to 58% higher payload capacity and four-fold greater attack resistance while maintaining high visual/audio quality (PSNR 42 dB). This technology is highly suited for secure communication in defence, healthcare, and financial systems. By overcoming traditional limitations in capacity, detectability, and robustness, the invention establishes a new standard for reliable covert data transmission. Its patentability arises from the non- obvious integration of nesting and fusion strategies, producing synergistic security and performance benefits unattainable by existing methods.
