Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a secure explainable URL detection system comprising a URL intake interface, a feature extraction module, a feature selection module, a prediction module, an explainability module, and a blockchain storage module. The URL intake interface receives a URL for threat evaluation. The feature extraction module converts the URL into a feature vector comprising measurable URL attributes. The feature selection module generates a selected feature set from the feature vector. The prediction module generates a classification output and a probability value from the selected feature set. The explainability module generates explanation data corresponding to the classification output. The blockchain storage module stores the classification output, the probability value, and the explanation data as a transaction record. The transaction record may be cryptographically hashed and arranged in a Merkle tree for verification of prediction and explanation data.
