Abstract: A system (100) and method for secure context-adaptive data retrieval using fragmented encryption and semantic policy enforcement are disclosed. The system (100) comprises a memory (102), a processor (104), and a communication module (106). The communication module (106) receives retrieval requests, contextual telemetry information, and semantic access attributes associated with distributed computing environments. A contextual inference module (108) generates contextual access profiles using behavioral, temporal, and environmental risk indicators. A semantic fragmentation module (110) partitions source data into independently retrievable encrypted fragments according to semantic sensitivity relationships. A fragmented encryption orchestration module (112) applies fragment-specific cryptographic transformations using adaptive context-linked encryption parameters. A semantic policy enforcement module (114) evaluates semantic access policies and contextual relationships associated with requested fragments. A selective reconstruction control module (116) reconstructs only context-authorized encrypted fragments to generate privacy-preserving retrieval outputs while preventing unauthorized semantic reconstruction of protected data.
