Abstract: Secure Container Orchestration Mechanism Preventing Runtime Vulnerabilities through Predictive Anomaly Detection Models ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a secure container orchestration mechanism designed to prevent runtime vulnerabilities through the use of predictive anomaly detection models. The system operates within containerized environments and continuously monitors runtime parameters including system calls, process behavior, network traffic, and resource utilization. A data collection module gathers real-time telemetry, which is processed by a feature extraction engine to generate structured inputs for machine learning models. The predictive anomaly detection module leverages advanced algorithms to establish baseline behavioral patterns and identify deviations that may indicate potential threats, including zero-day exploits and insider attacks. Detected anomalies are evaluated by a risk assessment engine that assigns context-aware risk scores based on factors such as container privileges, workload sensitivity, and network exposure. Upon exceeding defined thresholds, an automated response controller initiates mitigation actions such as container isolation, privilege restriction, or workload termination. The invention further incorporates a continuous learning mechanism that refines detection accuracy using feedback from prior incidents and system behavior. By enabling proactive threat identification and automated response, the proposed mechanism enhances the security, reliability, and resilience of container orchestration platforms, particularly in dynamic, large-scale, and multi- tenant cloud computing environments.
