Abstract: A secondary battery (100) and a battery pack (10) are provided. The secondary battery (100) includes an electrode assembly (120), a shell (110), and a current collecting component (130). The shell (110) accommodates the electrode assembly (120), and a side of the shell (110) close to an opening (113) includes a rolling groove (114). The current collecting component (130) is disposed between the rolling groove (114) and the electrode assembly (120) and includes a current collecting body (131) connected to the electrode assembly (120) and a connecting sheet (132) bending toward the current collecting body (131) and welded to the rolling groove (114), thereby forming a first welding mark (1325). The connecting sheet (132) includes a bending portion (1322) provided with a first weak portion (1323) which is located between the first welding mark (1325) and the current collecting body (131).
