Inventors include Dr. Meenakshi Sharma; and Bairistar Yadav.

Abstract: A seating posture maintaining device, comprises of a vertical plate 101 developed to provide support to a torso region of a user while working on a chair/table, a pair of L-shaped telescopic operated rods 102 each comprising a motorized clamp 103 attached under the plate 101 for supporting the plate 101 , a microphone 105 installed on the plate 101 that is accessed by the user to provide input command regarding securing of the plate 101 with the table, a pair of straps 107 configuring electromagnetic latches 108, attached with the plate 101 that are accessed by the user to secure the latches 108 together behind back portion, a motorized roller 109 coupled with each straps 107 to rotate in pre-defined direction for tightening/loosening the straps 107 to secure the plate 101 and to prevent undesired movement of the plate 101 while working.
