Abstract: A scissor handle coating device, comprising a rectangular base 101 having four perpendicularly installed telescopic rods with motorized omnidirectional wheels 102, a chamber 103 for storing scissors, a container 104 containing a coating material to be used to coat handle of a pair of scissors, a rectangular frame 105 having a dual-axis lead screw mechanism with a telescopic gripper 106 by means of a primary ball and socket joint for picking a pair of scissors from chamber 103 and dipping in container 104 to coat handle portion with coating material, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 107 determine handle portion of scissors, and an L-shaped telescopic link by means of a secondary ball and socket joint with a flame thrower 108 for heating coated handle portion of scissors for bonding of coating with handle portion.
