Leveraging advancements in Artificial Intelligence and accessible web design, this paper introduces SchemeConnect, an intelligent platform built using HTML, CSS, and AI integration. The approach begins by capturing user demographic and socio-economic data through a lightweight web interface. This data is processed by an AI module that intelligently cross-references the user's profile with a vast database of government scheme prerequisites. The system subsequently generates a personalized, ranked list of schemes the user is eligible for, alongside actionable application guidance. This system bridges the gap between digital governance and citizen awareness, offering an engaging, adaptable, and highly accessible solution to welfare program discovery.
