The method comprises: an electronic device displays a first interface, the first interface comprising a first multimedia resource, the first multimedia resource comprising first schedule information, and the first schedule information comprises at least one or more of the following: a first title, a first time period, and a first place; the electronic device displays a first window in response to an input operation of a user for the first multimedia resource, the first window comprising at least one schedule option; when a first schedule option among the at least one schedule option is selected, in response to a creation operation of the user in the first window, the electronic device creates in a schedule management application a first schedule corresponding to the first schedule option; and the electronic device displays the first interface, and displays reminder information in the first interface, the reminder information being used for indicating completion of schedule creation.
